Shipping & Returns

SKEANIE is happy to ship to you or to a friend as a gift anywhere in the world.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 days of payment being received, unless an item you have ordered is on back order. If an item in your order is on back order, you will receive an email with the estimated dispatch date. If you require shipping rates outside Australia, please place the product(s) required in your cart, then use the "Estimate Shipping Costs" at the bottom of the page.

Shipping Rates Within Australia
Up to 2 items - $6.50
3 to 4 items - $11.00
5 to 8 items - $15.00

We do hope you are happy with your purchase; however if you would like to exchange your item(s), please purchase an Exchange Note and in the comments section during check-out, please advise us of the item(s) you are returning and which item(s) you would like to exchange them for. Your Exchange Note must be processed within 7 days of purchase and your item(s) must be unused with all packaging and tags intact. We are unable to offer a refund for

Exchange Note Charges are:

  • Australian Customers - $10.00; this includes exchange of your item, postage and handling costs.
  • International customers will be contacted separately to arrange additional return postage costs.

We are happy to offer a refund if the item(s) purchased:

  • have a basic, serious fault that was not known by the consumer at the time of purchase
  • do not do the job that the consumer was led to believe they would do
  • do not match the sample the consumer was shown, or
  • do not fit their description.

We are unable to offer a refund if you:

  • change their mind about a product. This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods
  • knew, or should have known about a fault when the goods were bought, for example as seconds. However, if a second has a fault that the consumer was not aware of, or could not have discovered upon a reasonable inspection when the item was bought, their rights are not affected
  • are unable to prove from whom and when the item was purchased. However, traders should not refuse a refund solely because there is no receipt, if they are satisfied that the goods were purchased from their store
  • are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the instructions, or misusing the product.

Customers that have purchased products through other stockists or websites and not through skeanie.com will need to check with the individual store in regards to their refund policy as we can only exchange items purchased from skeanie.com.

If you have a query in relation to our service or products, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Once we have contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress of your inquiry and aim to have your it resolved within 5 working days.
